Informs clients of your terms of business including special arrangements for online therapy and cancellations.

When is this completed?

This is presented to the client every time an invoice is sent to them. It is added below your email signature reminding them of your terms of business and cancellation policy. 

What does it contain?

The document starts with some introductory text you can use as part of an email when you send out your client’s invoice. It explains that by paying they are accepting your T & Cs.

Following this it includes the following headings:

  • Fees and payment
  • Cancellation policy
  • For people seeing me online: the logistics of online therapy. Includes my expectations of the client around how they should prepare for the session from a technical and confidentiality standpoint
  • Connection loss: Includes special arrangements for clients who are late or having difficulty connecting and under what circumstances I will waiver a fee if this happens.

  • Microsoft Word Template : Editable and unbranded so you can add your own branding
