This pictorial guide helps supervisees prepare for their session and provides a Plan B if technical issues arise.

When is this shared?

Once the initial appointment is confirmed, this guide is sent out to supervisees for them to read prior to the session. Supervisors might find it helpful to have the guide handy during the call as it contains a Plan B checklist they can follow in the event of connection problems.

What does it contain?

This document give practical tips about how supervisees should prepare for an online supervision session maximising call quality, how to operate the Zoom platform and a Plan B if technical glitches arise. Tips around protecting confidentiality and privacy of the call are also provided with photos of how to operate basic functions such as audio and video adjustments.
